Creator programme
Create with BetterPick
Create content that helps people look beyond the label. We partner with creators who can make product choices, ingredient discovery and everyday shopping feel useful, surprising and entertaining.

Why create with BetterPick
Paid work, clear briefs, and concepts rooted in real shopping decisions.
Paid briefs with clear expectations
Every selected creator receives a written fee, deliverables and usage window before accepting a project.
Creative concepts around real shopping moments
Briefs are built for aisle decisions, label surprises and priority-led product comparisons — not generic wellness fluff.
Opportunity for repeat work
When content performs in paid social, strong creators may receive additional briefs.

Ways to work with us
Paid UGC is our main starting point. Sponsored posts and longer partnerships follow when the fit is strong.
Paid UGC creation
Primary model: produce short vertical videos for BetterPick’s advertising. Typical first test: one 20–30s edited video with an agreed brief and usage window. Paid test projects typically start from €100–€150, depending on experience and agreed usage rights.
Sponsored creator content
Selected creators publish through their own accounts when the fit is strong — always with clear disclosure and agreed rights.
Longer-term partnerships
Creators who deliver reliable, effective work may receive additional briefs. Affiliate commissions may be offered in selected future partnerships.
How it works
- Apply with your portfolio
- Selected creators receive a paid test offer and brief
- Sign the agreement and create the video
- Submit, invoice and potentially receive more briefs
FAQ
No. For paid UGC we care more about video quality, hooks, and whether the content can work as advertising. A large following helps for sponsored posts, but it is not required for test projects.
Yes. Selected creators are paid for agreed deliverables. Paid test projects typically start from €100–€150 for one edited 20–30-second video, depending on the brief, experience and agreed usage rights. Every selected creator receives a clear written fee before accepting a project.
Yes. We prioritise the UK, Netherlands, and other European markets relevant to our campaigns. Tell us where you are based and we will assess fit.
For filming, strong Android footage can work. BetterPick itself is currently iOS-only, so app-demo briefs usually need an iPhone (or access to one) to show the product accurately. Tell us what you shoot on in the form.
Not for most paid UGC tests. Posting on your own account is a separate arrangement (sponsored or partnership content) and is never assumed.
Usage rights are agreed before work begins. The standard test offer typically covers a defined paid-advertising usage period — not perpetual rights by default. Details are in the project agreement.
We aim to review applications within about two weeks. If you are shortlisted for a test, we will follow up with next steps. If we do not have an immediate brief, we may retain your application for future opportunities.
Revision limits and payment timing are set in the project agreement before filming starts. After you submit within those terms and we receive a valid invoice matching the agreed fee, we process payment according to the agreement. We share invoice instructions when a project is contracted. We do not collect banking or tax details at the application stage.
Apply to collaborate
A short two-step application. We review portfolio, creative fit and suitability for paid social — follower count is secondary.
What happens next. We review for creative and paid-social fit. Selected creators get a written fee and brief before any filming starts.
